(PRESS RELEASE): Rotosound is proud to announce they are extending their range of Cooperstand instrument stands and are now offering the new Duro Pro composite stands, adding to their existing range of award winning African Sapele Pro G stands.

The Duro Pro is fabricated from environmentally conscious recycled industrial grade ABS composite and for added strength the stands have steel reinforcements in high stress areas. The patented design is easy to set-up and take down and provides superior instrument stability for acoustic, electric and bass guitars, ukulele, mandolin, violin and more. They are designed to fold up compact to fit into guitar cases or gig bags for easy storage and accessibility. The Duro Pro (Product code CS5/CS6) stands are available in brilliant red or blue, plus the Pro Glo model (Product code CS7) has a glow in the dark finish to ensure you don’t misplace your stand on a dark stage again!

This is a guitar stand like no other! Cooperstand is a uniquely superior design. It has a low centre of gravity with four points of contact on the floor making it very stable. The lightweight, flexible gripping design means it can easily move along with the instrument if it is bumped, as a result it is very difficult to dislodge your instrument once it is in the stand.

Steve Cropper (Blues Brothers, Booker T and the MG’s) commenting on the stand said, "This has to be one of, if not the best, innovative piece of gear for the musician to come along in a while. Unique, useful, durable, well machined, beautiful materials and easy to operate.”

The Duro Pro stands retails for £27.65, Pro Glo £35.90 and both are available on-line through the Rotosound website and through authorised UK dealers.
