Reading & Leeds Introduce New Deposit Scheme for2013 -

Organisers of next year's Reading & Leeds Festivals are tointroduce a new deposit scheme for 2013, reports NME.

In what is a first for the long running festival, fans will nowbe able to guarantee themselves a ticket by depositing £50 beforepaying off the full balance by March 31st 2013.

Tickets for Reading and Leeds 2013 will go on sale this Friday(November 30) at 9AM. Also for a limited time only (until Dec.31st)ticket prices will be frozen at 2012 prices.

I festival organiser Melvin Benn announced earlier this yearthat fans can expect even more music in 2013, he said:

"There will quite a bit more dance music, quite a bit moreother bits and pieces."

The first batch of acts set to perform at Reading and Leeds willbe announced on November 29th 2013.
