Machine Head frontman, Rob Flynn has revealed in a recentinterview that the band have parted ways with label home,Roadrunner Records. 

This now means that the Oakland thrash-metal icon's latestalbum, 'Unto The Locust,' will be their last release with the worldrenowned hard rock & metal imprint, whose roster boasts thelikes of Rush, Korn, Dream Theatre, Lamb of God and KillswitchEngage.

Machine Head, who will headline Bloodstock Open Air this August,have been with Roadrunner for their entire career and have beenhugely influential in the success of the label. However, earlierthis year (2012) Roadrunner was sold to Warner Music Group, whichsubsequently led to the closure of many of its offices and the lossof jobs, including that of A&R power house Monte Conor.
