Washburn Guitars Introduces New Parallaxe Solar Ola Englund Models

(PRESS RELEASE): Washburn Guitars announce new Parallaxe Solar models for 2015. Solar guitars are the signature models of Washburn artist Ola Englund. The 5 new models all feature Ola’s radical sharp double cutaway style and new Duncan Solar pickups, exclusive to the Solar range.

The Washburn Parallaxe PX-SOLAR16ETC (SEE ABOVE IMAGE) has a 25,5” scale length, Alder body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, EverTune bridge, Full Access Neck, Buzz Feiten Tuning System™, Grover 18:1 locking tuners, Duncan Solar pickups, 5-way switch and a Carbon Black finish.

The PX-SOLAR17ETC is a 7-string model version of the above with a 25,5” scale length, Alder body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, EverTune bridge, Full Access Neck, Buzz Feiten Tuning System™, Grover 18:1 locking tuners, Duncan Solar pickups, 5-way switch and a Carbon Black finish.

The PX-SOLAR16FRC adds a Floyd Rose 1000 vibrato with oversized brass block and spring silencers.  The guitar has a 25,5” scale length, Alder body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, Full Access Neck, Buzz Feiten Tuning System™, Grover 18:1 tuners, Duncan Solar pickups, 5-way switch and a Carbon Black finish.

The PX-SOLAR16TBLM has 25,5” scale length, swamp ash body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, Hipshot™ bridge, Full Access Neck, Buzz Feiten Tuning System™, Grover 18:1 locking tuners, Duncan Solar pickups, 5-way switch and a Trans Blue Matte finish.

The PX-SOLAR180C is an 8-string model with 27” scale length, Alder body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard, fixed bridge, Full Access Neck, Buzz Feiten Tuning System™, Grover 18:1 tuners, Duncan Solar pickups, 5-way switch and a Carbon Black finish.
