Warwick Introduce Masterbuilt Instruments from Custom Shop

Described as "one of a kind" we are happy to introduce exceptional Masterbuilt instruments from our Custom Shop. These unique pieces combine stunning production technology, sound and design.

In Chinese philosophy, yin and yang describe how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another. The widespread yin and yang symbol Taijituhas animated us to build a bass with unique finish thatwe presented at WinterNAMM Show 2016.The very positive responses of musicians, wholesalers and distributors around the world has encouraged us to manufacture several Yin Yang basses based on various models. We would like to introduce to you now the Warwick Custom Shop Thumb BO #16-3047 Yin Yang 5 string bass:

This special Yin Yang finish can only beimplemented with expertise, craftsmanship, attention to detail and the latest technology. Basis for the Warwick Custom Shop Yin Yang Bass is always a flamed maple body, in which the Yin Yang finish is applied in a special bleaching and staining method. After that,the finish is shaded to achieve a 3D floating effect. Also, it appears as if the finish on the body is endless when you turn the bass. The Yin Yang is continued on the headstock, to which also the truss rod cover was incorporated.

The neck features a matching "Yin Yang Black and White" finish, as we combined ebony and maple on the fingerboard, and for the neck "mirrored" maple and wenge are used.Visually we rounded this eye-and ear-catcher with Yin Yang inlays and chrome colored pickup covers.
