(PRESS RELEASE): The ‘Hook’ V.2 is the latest in a series of established mic mounts from the USA offering a highly flexible, quick and easy fit, microphone placement system for recording combos and speaker cabinets.

The Wishbone has no footprint, and thus eradicates unwanted floor vibrations or stage clutter. Fitted in seconds, the Hook fits under the central carry handle of a combo or between an amp head and cabinet. For the sweet spot every time, simply set the required length of the mini-boom arm via the chunky twist grip adjuster.

The Hook’s low profile also eliminates unsightly boom extension stands with wide obtrusive feet, whilst remaining fully adjustable and offering a full 360 degree rotation to find that all important sonic ‘sweet spot' in front of the speaker.

Picture this... You’ve just played an amazing solo, you look back at the miked up cab, and the boom stands drooped with the mic pointing at the floor.

If there is still a desire to have a floor based mic-cab set up, the three pronged attacked of clumsy full size mic stands is avoided, by simply resting a combo or speaker cabinet on the Hook’s robust heavy duty, padded handle and adjusting the mini boom accordingly.

Live on stage or in the studio the Wishbone is a dream for sound engineers, stage technicians and guitarists - miking up combos and cabs couldn’t be quicker or easier.

Professionally made in the USA from high-grade aluminium, the Wishbone Hook is strong, lightweight, very durable and extremely portable, neatly breaking down to fold away and almost disappear into the smallest of gear bags, taking up far less room and weight than conventional heavier stands.
