The Stranglers to Reissue 'The Old Testament: The U.A.Studio Recordings (1977-1982)' -

Punk stalwarts The Stranglers and EMI Musicwill reissue 1992 box set 'The Old Testament: The U.A. StudioRecordings (1977-1982)' later this month.

The set is comprised of the New Wave veterans first six albumsplus bonus singles and b-sides bundled on to four CDs. The newlyannounced reissue will also include a fifth disc that'll featurerarities, live tracks, radio edits and remixes.

The 5CD set, which will include albums 'RattusNorvegicus' ('77), 'No More Heroes'('77), 'Black and White' ('78), 'TheRaven' ('79), 'The Gospel According To TheMeninblack' ('81) 'La Folie' ('81) plusthe 15-track bonus disc, is scheduled for a May 27th releasedate.
