Suhr Guitars have justrevealed details on their new premium Korina Quilt line ofguitars.

The Korina Quilt was developed as a result of the positiveresponse to the Korina Flame model released earlier in theyear.

Korina Quilt pairs our modern body shape with a stunningcombination of Korina, Quilted Maple, and Pau Ferro. Features suchas Mother of Pearl Inlays and hand carved Pau Ferro knobs reallyset it apart.

The one piece Korina body and neck have a balanced tone with astrong midrange growl that allows it to

​"cut through" the mix. The Maple top extends the range of theKorina - adding brilliance and punch.

​The Pau Ferro fingerboard adds high-end sparkle, a fat low-end,and excellent clarity.  Body chambering reduces weight, addssweetness to the highs and warmth to the lows.

The SSV, SSH+ and ML pickups cover a wide sonic range. From warmcleans, to crunchy rock riffs, to high gain shred, the Korina Quiltis equipped to take you wherever the music leads.

The medium stainless steel frets are Plek dressed and handpolished by Suhr's master craftsmen. Rolled fingerboard edges,satin finish and a Modern Elliptical back shape provide effortlessplayability and gives the neck a comfortable, broken-in feel.

With its sleek elliptical neck profile, balanced asymmetricalbody, and innovative neck heel, the Modern Shape delivers unmatchedplayability and comfort.

The hand crafted Pau Ferro knobs and switch tip work with the PauFerro fingerboard to lend a sense of integration and harmony to thedesign.
