Steve Vai - Inside The Harmony Hut Studio

iGuitar was recently invited to join Steve Vai at his 'HarmonyHut' home studio to get an exclusive insight into the writing andrecording process behind his new 'The Story Of Light' album.The studio is located behind Steve's home in Encino, andalthough he still maintains his Mothership studio in the HollywoodHills, he & his family moved to Encino in early '97 so this iswhere Steve spends most of his time, writing and recording.

We talked at length about the techniques and inspirations thatwent into his forthcoming release and Steve showed us first handsome of the riffs and solos from the record.
