Pixies Announce 33-date North American Tour -

The newly reformed Pixies have announced plans to follow up their recent European tour with a North American trek which will take in 33-citys in the Alt-Rock legend’s home country, reports SlicingUpEyeballs.

According to the band, the tour “will feature a brand new stage set and production, and will give the band an opportunity to not only debut brand new Pixies songs, but to offer the most wide-ranging concert set lists of Pixies music in the band’s career.”

The North American tour is set to feature support slots from punk upstarts Fidlar, Cults and Best Coast. The US tour will kick off on Jan. 15 in Toronto before zigzagging across the USA and finishing up on March 1 in Austin, Texas.
