Peavey Helps Bring Shred-Meister Competition To Rockstar Mayhem Festival -

Peavey Electronics, creator of some of the most iconic guitars and amplifiers used in heavy music today, joins forces with Jagermeister to bring a whole new experience for guitarists at the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. The Shred-Meister guitar competition will take place at each of the 26 dates scheduled on the Mayhem Festival tour, and will give guitarists a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to shred on the festival's main stage for 10 seconds.

Guitarists ready for the challenge can stop by the Jagermeister tent and audition for a chance to be selected to perform. At each of the Rockstar Mayhem Festival's tour stops, one of the 10 finalists will win a custom Jagermeister guitar. At the end of the tour, an overall winner will be selected to receive a custom Peavey stack featuring one-of-a-kind Jagermeister artwork. The competition will be hosted by Huntress front woman Jill Janus.

Peavey is also pleased to provide the Rockstar Mayhem Festival with custom cab-walls featuring Jagermeister artwork.

Rockstar Mayhem Festival artists include headliner Rob Zombie, along with Five Finger Death Punch, Mastodon, Amon Amarth, Children of Bodom, Machine Head, Behemoth, Job for a Cowboy and more. The World's Greatest Freestyle Motocross team The Metal Mulisha will perform at select dates as well.

Tickets are on available now and can be purchased at Rock Star Mayhem Festival or through Live Nation.
