The new 2014 C2 Series Guitars brings Caparison’s famous playability and meticulous build quality within a new price bracket. Like all regular Caparison models, the C2 Series guitars are designed and produced in Japan.

The 8 models available include the ANG-E, ANG-QE, DEG-E-HH, DEG-E-SSH, DEG-QD-HH, DEG-QD-SSH, HRG-QD solid body 6 string guitars and the 4 string DEB-E bass.

The C2 Series incorporates many of the outstanding features that have highlighted the company’s ability to produce some of the worlds finest high-end, solid bodied electric guitars and basses, with all the attributes needed to fulfil the demands of the modern electric rock guitarist, these include:-  

For the C2 Series DEG models:

The company’s distinctive ‘Devil’s Tail’ design bound headstock, solid mahogany bodies with optional high quality maple veneer quilted tops, slim and fast bolt-on maple necks with 24 jumbo frets, bound rosewood fingerboards, Floyd Rose locking tremolo systems and a choice of powerful EMG or Dimarzio humbucker/single coil pickups in a variety of sonic, hard rock permutations.

The C2 Series HRG-QD. With its mahogany body, high quality quilted maple veneer top with matching bound ‘Devil’s Tail’ headstock and Floyd Rose tremolo system, the HRG-QD features a slim super-fast maple bolt-on neck with a bound 27 fret rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with DiMarzio Tone Zone and Air Norton S humbuckers, the HRG-QD is an exceptional and expressive soloing machine.

C2 ANG models: Also with solid mahogany bodies, the ANG models also feature solid maple caps forming their arched tops, the QE version is finished with a beautiful quilted maple veneer and ivory binding. With maple set-necks, bound headstocks and bound 24 fret rosewood fretboards, the Caparison C2 Series ANG guitars have modern/contemporary styling coupled with the precision and power of EMG pickups, it is an instant classic, built to exacting standards

DEB-E Bass. The Caparison C2 Series 4 string DEB-E Bass, again, has a solid mahogany body, a slim, fast maple neck, a bound ‘Devil’s Tail’ headstock and a 24 fret bound rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with a pair of EMG humbuckers, the DEB-E offers outstanding versatility and optimum ‘thunderous rock monster’ performance.

The new C2 Series maintains Caparison’s strictly controlled inspection of finish, sound and performance throughout, with each guitar passing through the hands of the designer before shipping.
