NAMM 2013: Eventide Introduces the H9 Harmonizer Pedal

Eventide unveiled its newest addition to their stompbox line,the H9 Harmonizer. The H9 delivers Eventide's acclaimed sound andcan run all of Eventide's stompbox effects. It features a simple,one-knob user interface and also connects wirelessly via Bluetoothto iPods, iPhones and iPads for creating and managing presets, livecontrol and in-app algorithm purchases.

The H9 comes bundled with a set of the most popular algorithmstaken from Eventide's stomboxes: Liquid Chorus, Organic Chorus,Shimmer Chorus, Classic Chorus, Phase XO Chorus, Bias Tremolo, andOpto Tremolo from ModFactor; H910, H949, and Crystals fromPitchFactor; Tape Echo and Vintage Delay from TimeFactor; and Halland Shimmer from Space. The standard bundle also includes the firstin a series of new H9-specific algorithms, UltraTap Delay.

All of Eventide's stompbox algorithms and their associatedpresets are available for in-app purchase. For a limited time, acoupon for one free algorithm is offered upon registering theproduct.

While the H9 is fully controllable via its front panel, a freeiOS app, H9 Control, can be downloaded to your iPhone or iPad forlive editing, creating and managing presets and changing systemsettings wirelessly via Bluetooth. H9 Control can also bedownloaded to your PC or Mac and connected via USB.

The H9 features stereo audio I/O, MIDI I/O and Expression Pedaland Auxiliary Switch inputs.

H9 will be available in March of 2013 through authorizedEventide stompbox dealers.
