Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx to Sell 'Staged-PlayedBasses' -

Motley Crue founder and bassist NikkiSixx has revealed he is planning to start a new campaignin which he will sell his 'staged-played basses.'

"I have been asked 1000's of times to sell my basses I playonstage but have never found a way to do it and feel that thatspecial collector would be getting more than just the instrument,"Sixx writes. "Starting in Canada, I will be giving it a try tofulfil the years of fans requests."

"I know if I could of had this chance to meet a KeithRichards or a Joe Perry and have them play my guitar onstage Ibought and give it to me after words, I would've jumped at thechance," he continues. "I think the thing that convinced me was themassive amount of emails I got about this and saying since you guyare gonna be doing a farewell tour soon, we will never get thischance again...Thanks guys......I will update you with a link in aweek or so..."
