The Solar Bender is an enhanced clone of the famous TonebenderMK II fuzz complete with NOS PNP germanium transistors, Biascontrol and Reverse Polarity Circuit.

Following hot on the heels of the Electrochop tremolo, MagneticEffects release the Solar Bender. A fantastic fuzz based on theclassic Tonebender MKII but with added practical features designedto make the pedal more pedal board friendly.

To allow for easier integration into modern guitar set ups, theSolar Bender is fitted with a charge pump acting as a polarityreverse circuit. This enables the pedal to be powered on a standard9V centre negative adapter and even daisy chained with other pedalswhile using PNP germanium transistors.

To further enhance usability, the Solar Bender is fitted with abias control to compensate for temperature drift that can sometimeaffect germanium transistors. Also, a Fat switch has been fittedwhich enhances the bass response of the pedal to allow for greatertonal possibilities.

All these features add up to make the Solar Bender a greatsounding AND easy to use fuzz that integrates well into a modernpedal board.
