A new album by former Ozzy guitarist Jake E Lee is in the worksand the reclusive hard-rocker has enlisted former Slash bassmanTodd Kern and drummer Brent Fitz to appear on record. 

According to MetalTalk,Todd Kern revealed the news via a blog post on his website, hestated:

"I found myself at a top secret recording session for Jake E Lee'sbrand new solo album! I'm totally serious. Jake is the unsung heroof Ozzy Osbourne. He played on Bark At The Moon and The UltimateSin before the world had heard of Zakk Wylde. Mr Fitz and I play ona song from the forthcoming album. You can say you heard it herefirst."

No release date or any details on Jake's new project have yet beenreleased.
