Free Nationwide Music Lessons : One Week To Go-

The countdown is on with only one week to go to National Learn ToPlay Day, the day that offers FREE music instrument lessons toANYONE who wants to take part across the UK.

A host of musicians and celebrities are supporting the eventincluding Al Murray giving free drum lessons at Chappellof Bond Street, London, Nick Mason appearing at FootesMusic Store, London and Harry Hill offering free ukulelelessons at JG Windows, Gateshead Metrocentre. 

Other highlights include former Yes/King Crimson drummer BillBruford at Andertons in Guildford, flamboyant rockmusicianArthur Brown visiting ABC Music in Market Harborough,up and coming singer Sertari at Nevada Music inPortsmouth and at Absolute Music, Bournemouth the Major willhelping the local Beaver Scouts with their music badges!

The UK's inaugural National Learn to Play Day in 2012 providedover 10,000 music lessons on guitar, piano, drums and a range oforchestral instruments and 2013 is set to exceed this figure withover seventy five shops nationwide taking part.

Teachers, demonstrators, and celebrities will all be helpingmaking this a truly memorable day, plus there will be prizes, goodybags, discounts and technical support from musical instrumentcompanies as varied as Yamaha, Peavey, Blackstar, OrangeAmplification, Sound Technology and JHS.
