Black Sabbath New Album Update -

Nearly a year after announcing their comeback,Black Sabbath are now working hard on their firstalbum in over 30 years. 

The band are recording at the renowned Shangri La Studios in Malibuwith producer-colossus Rick Rubin. Allthree original members OzzyOsbourne, Tony Iommi andGeezer Butler are involved howeverdrummer Bill Ward is still not involved.

According to Metal Injection the band are currently recording vocals andalready have 15 songs written. Although bassist, Butler states only12 of them will make the final cut with the additional three likelyto serve as bonus tracks for various special editions.

Guitarist Tony Iommi competed all 15guitar sections whilst the band were in England earlier this year.Ozzy and Geezer are working to complete the tracks in five songincrements, with the first five being worked on currently. Ozzy istracking vocals, with bassist Geezer writing all the lyrics. Onesong title has been confirmed as 'God Is Dead.'

The new Sabbath album is expected next year.
