The Who to Perform 'Quadrophenia' for Charity Show this July -
Mod icons The Who are set to perform concept album 'Quadrophenia' at Wembley Arena this July.
The charity event, which will showcase the classic album in full on July 8, will raise funds for Double O, a charity established by the band which raises funds for causes such as relief of drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence and sexual abuse.
The Wembley date follows a full UK and Ireland arena tour during which the band will also perform the 1973 LP in full as well as a selection of Who classics; the trip kicks off in Dublin on June 8 and wraps up in Liverpool on June 30.
The upcoming UK dates, which can be seen below, will feature founding members Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend as well as Zak Starkey (drums), Pino Palladino (bass), Simon Townshend (guitar/backing vocals), John Corey (keyboards), Loren Gold (keyboards/backing vocals) and Frank Simes (musical director, keyboards/backing vocals).
