Soundgarden Reveal Trailer and Artwork for 'King Animal' -

The long-awaited come-back of Seattle grunge legends Soundgarden is nearing ever closer with their new album, 'King Animal' now confirmed for release on November 12 in the UK and the 13 in the US.

Soundgarden have today revealed the trailer and album art for their new record, the first since 1996's 'Down On The Upside', released in the same year the band disbanded.

The promotional trailer for 'King Animal' is 85 seconds and features an eerie snow covered mountain side with a discordant guitar riff providing the audio. Throughout the trailer the snow begins to melt as the sun rises and each of the band's members Chris Cornell, Kim Thayil, Matt Cameron & Ben Shepherd, faces begin to appear. The clip finished with a still of the album's artwork.

Earlier this year, Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell told NME that the band's follow-up to 'Down On The Upside' would "pick up where they left off".
