KISS to Launch New Photobook at One-Off London Date -
KISS will be hitting the UK for a one-off London date at the Kentish Town HMV Forum on July 4th, reports MetalTalk.
The glam-rock godfathers are scheduled to release their new
album, Monster, in October. However, they will use the solitary
London date to launch a new limited-edition photo book, entitled
'KISS Monster.' The mammoth book, which will be limited to 1000
copies, stands at 3ft high, by 2.5 ft wide and is 2 inches thinks.
It weighs approximately 4 stone and will be signed by all four
members of the band.
Some of the proceeds from the new single along with the profits made from the one off London date will go towards the Help for Heroes charity, an organization that helps Servicemen and women who are wounded or injured in the line of duty.
Paul Stanley said:
"The greatest national treasure of any free country is the army that defends it at all cost. Bringing attention to the obligation we all share to those returning heroes has been our mission in the US and now the UK. We pay tribute to those brave men and women and urge everyone to show their thanks with donations."
KISS will release their new single on 2nd July and will swiftly follow up the release with their show London's HMV Forum on 4th July.
