Blur to Release 65 Unheard tracks as Part of Definitive Box-Set '21'

A treasure trove of unreleased Blur tracks and rarities will be released as part of a huge reissue campaign later this year, reports NME.

The band have announced plans to re-release all seven albums on July 30 as part of a definitive box-set collection which will also include over 130 rarities, 3 DVDs, a collector's edition book featuring a rare photos, a previously unheard interview with the band and a special limited edition 7" vinyl.

The collection will be known as '21' as the set will be comprised of 21 discs. All five of the band's first five studio albums - Leisure, Modern Life is Rubbish, Parklife, The Great Escape and their 1997 self-titled effort - have all been digitally remastered for the mammoth reissue campaign.

In related news Damon Albarn and co be performing at the London Olympic Closing  party on August 12 and are also scheduled to headline Sweden's Way Out West festival also in August.
