Halestorm's Lzzy Talks About Recording With Black Stone Cherry

Lzzy Hale, frontwoman for Pennsylvania rockers Halestorm, has talked about her time in the studio with touring-buddies Black Stone Cherry. Lzzy guested on BSC's recent album 'Between the Devil And The Deep Blue Sea', singing on 'Won't Let Go' and 'Such A Shame'.

The band who have recently released their EP, 'Hello, It's Mz. Hyde' were speaking about the recent collaboration and the inspiration behind their up-coming album "The Strange Case Of…", which arrives in stores and at all DSPs on April 10.

You can watch the videos of Lzzy Hale and brother Arejay talking to Roadrunner and recent single "Love Bites (So Do I)" below.

"The Strange Case Of…" will mark Halestorm's first release since last year's "ReAniMate: The CoVeRs eP", which saw the band put their unique hard-rock stamp on a range of classic songs by Guns N' Roses, The Beatles, Heart, Temple Of The Dog, Skid Row, and Lady Gaga. Halestorm also unleashed their first-ever live CD/DVD, "Live In Philly 2010", featuring songs from the band's self-titled debut as "It's Not You", "Familiar Taste of Poison" and the rock radio smash "I Get Off".

Halestorm will hit the road in true rock n' roll style in support of "The Strange Case Of…", starting with a major U.S. tour with Godsmack and fellow Atlantic recording group Staind. The dates begin on April 13th at the James Brown Arena in Augusta and roll through the US and across to europe.
