Designed with a compact size and a rip-roaring sound in mind. The Vintage V132 Reissued could be the weapon you need on stage to elevate your live performances without breaking the bank. Here's Sam Bell with the full breakdown.

Vintage is well known for creating incredibly affordable instruments with good build quality and decent hardware. Their guitars are ideal for beginner musicians looking for their first step into something more sturdy and professional. Something that can be cherished, gigged and played on for many years.

Today I'm taking a look at the V132 in Tobacco Sunburst. First of the Tobacco Sunburst finish look's brilliant in the flesh, the guitar looks great, especially considering its RRP of £260. Just one look at this guitar and you can tell exactly what it's modelled on. And it's definitely greater value for money than the doppelganger I'm referring to. Let's dive in.

The guitar is made from Mahogany, the set neck is also Mahogany. This guitar is fairly lightweight however packs a nice dark sounding sustain due to its construction. The V132 sports a 12 inch radius neck, nice and flat for speedy playing and easier bends. The hardware and pickups are all made by Wilkinson, the WP90 pickups are based on P90's, a nice fat sounding single coil tone with plenty of warmth and sustain.

The guitar plays well out of the box, a slim neck profile on the 12-inch radius makes it playable, but not too much of a beast for smaller hands. But not so small the tone is effected dramatically, a nice balance.

As mentioned, this guitar is perfect for the Beginner looking to take their next step in their guitar playing journey. The quality build, looks and playability make this fantastic guitar great value for money, and well worth checking out!
