Win a brand new Shergold Masquerader SM01-SD in our amazing free entry competition!

Shergold's return is a major cause for celebration and we're welcoming the relaunch of this much-loved guitar brand by giving away a fabulous new Shergold Masquerader SM01-SDs, as reviewed in this issue.

Back in the 1970s and early '80s the UK's Shergold brand found its way into the hands of bands as diverse as Genesis and New Order, demonstrating not just its pedigree but its tremendous versatility. Now it has been reinvented by master luthier Patrick James Eggle. Fitted with the latest hardware and made to an extremely high standard, 21st century Shergolds promise to be major contenders in the guitar market and we're delighted to see the name back in the shops again.

Reviewing the Masquerader, Tom Quayle said: 'Tonally, the SM01-SD is a very assured performer, covering a wide range of sounds from its relatively limited number of pickup combinations. The P90 sounds incredibly lush and detailed for a neck pickup with plenty of grit or smoothness as required using the tone and volume controls to shape your sound. The TB-4 can be as huge sounding as you need, working well for a range of sounds from all out metal to more subtle lead tones, with plenty of dynamic response and clarity.'

Just one lucky winner is going to scoop the board this time around, so make sure you enter right now!
