Whitesnake Announce Second Live Project Release-

Whitesnake have announced plans to follow uptheir live release 'Made in Japan' with asecond later this year.

The first of two releases, which will be available as a Deluxe2CD/DVD, Blu-ray and DVD, will feature Whitesnakeperforming  at the Loud Park Festival on Oct 15 ('11)and will hit the shelves on April 22nd (UK) and April 23rd (USA)2013. 

However frontman David Coverdale has now revealedto The Rockpit that the band will indeed issue a second liverelease later this year,

"We'll also be releasing a double live CD called 'Made InBritain' in July," he says. "It was recorded on the 2011 UK tourand an extra CD tentatively called 'Whitesnake The World Record'recorded all over the fucking place. Very ambitious."

In related news Whitesnake will hit the road late this year whentheir much anticipated 'Year Of The Snake' tour of the UK andEurope begins in May.

The upcoming European trek will welcome the return of drummerTommy Aldridge following the recent departure ofBrian Tichy.
