Seymour Duncan Announces Launch of Pegasus 7 & 8String Pickup -

Straight off the recent launch of the Whole Lotta Humbucker,Seymour Duncan is now releasing the Pegasus 7 & 8 string bridgepickup. Designed to provide the qualities that progressive andmodern metal players need, it features harmonic richness, greatdynamics and defined string separation that ensures all those notesbreak through any distorted mix. Many seven string players havebeen saying that they need a pickup that isn't excessivelyhigh-gain given the amount of gain on modern amps. The Pegasusprovides the perfect balance with a more moderate output that letsyou push it to the edge and still retain warmth and clarity.

The Pegasus is available in standard passive 7/8 string sizingand also an active mount (soapbar) size for those who purchased aguitar that originally came with active pickups.
