The Canadian prog-rock legends are currently sharing a preview of the special vinyl edition which features a custom "Red Star of the Federation" hologram that can be viewed whilst using any source of light, such as the LED on smartphone, whilst the record is playing.

The "2112" special edition will come with a free download card for the hi-res digital audio version.

The new package is one of 14 re-releases with newly upgraded high-definition audio set to be released this year.
