Orange Music Electronic Company Ltd Presented with theirThird Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade-

Orange Music Electronic Company Ltd (OMEC) waspresented with the coveted Queen's Award for Enterprise:International Trade on Thursday 4th October 2012 by RichardBeazley, the Vice Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire. Thepresentation took place at their Borehamwood headquarters and itwas the third time in six years the company has received thishonour.

The company is one of the most recognised guitar amplifiermanufacturers in the world and have grown their export sales by 90%since their last award in 2009. They now sell to over 80 countriesworldwide.

In the six years since receiving its first award, OMEC haslaunched many new and innovative products, expanded into thecomputer market and celebrated its 40th anniversary.

Cliff Cooper, founder and CEO commenting on the award said

"It was always our dream for Orange Amplification to become atruly global company and, with factories in three Continents and aworldwide distribution network, to now receive the accolade of theQueen's Award for the third time is so very special.
