Opeth Announces 'European Heritage Tour 2012' -

Swedish prog-metal set, Opeth will embark on a large-scaleEuropean trek in November in which they are expected to perform afew unplugged sets along the way.

The Stockholm band, who earlier this year supported Mastodon inover 30 cities in Canada & the US, will visit the UK, France,Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland and Norway aspart of the 'European Heritage Tour.'

In related news Opeth lead vocalist, guitarist and chiefsongwriter Mikael Åkerfeldt has recorded some vocals incollaboration with Genesis guitarist, Steve Hackett. Mikael isfeatured on a re-recording of 'Supper's Ready' which originallyfeatured on Genesis' 'Foxtrot' album.
