Nile Rodgers Confirms Collaboration with Chase & Status via Twitter -

Chic legend Nile Rodgers has revealed that he has collaborated once again with members of the EDM elite following his recent cameo appearance on the Daft Punk album.

Rodgers tweeted yesterday that he had been in the studio with drum n bass titans Chase and Status working on a new track in addition to posting a picture of himself in the studio with the pair.

The tweet read:

“Composed a song w/ drum n bass gurus @chaseandstatus earlier this year which I'll finish tonight,"

Chase and Status are set to release their new studio album 'Brand New Machine' on October 7.

In related news Rodgers recently revealed that he had been giving the all-clear after begin diagnosed with prostrate cancer in 2010 whilst also stating that success of his and Daft Punk’s  ‘Get Lucky’ helped him to overcome the illness.
