NAMM 2014: Bugera Debuts 2,000-Watt Veyron Bass Amps and Turbosound-Fueled Speaker Cabinets -

Bugera has announced two high-performance 2,000-Watt bass amplifiers, the BV1001T and BV1001M in their new Veyron Series, plus a pair of Turbosound-fueled speaker cabinets, the BT115TS and BT210TS at this year’s Winter NAMM.

The ultra-compact and stylish Veyron-T BV1001T packs power just like its supercar namesake, with 2,000 Watts of Class-D power in a super-lightweight package featuring a 6-stage 3 x 12AX7 Class-A tube preamp, an ultra-musical optical compressor, 3-position mid-frequency selector, as well as the Company’s proprietary Dynamizer Power Management Technology – for the ultimate in punch.

Identical in its compact size and styling, the Veyron-M BV1001M packs an impressive 2,000 Watts of lightweight Class-D power into a micro-sized, super-portable chassis housing a high-voltage MOSFET preamp, a classic compressor and the same Dynamizer Power Management Technology as the Veyron-T. A classic 5-position mid-frequency selector offers a broad tonal variation to suit any playing style.

Both Veyron models provide highly versatile EQ, an integrated balanced DI output, dedicated FX Loop and comprehensive connectivity.

The perfect companion for any high-powered amp or any combo rig, Bugera’s ultra-compact and lightweight BT115TS and BT210TS cabinets feature 1 x 15″ and 2 x 10″ Turbosound LF drivers for deep and rich bass, along with a high-resolution 1″ HF driver for articulate mids and highs. The exceptional LF drivers and enclosures were custom-engineered by British manufacturer Turbosound, recognized by professionals everywhere for their world-class speaker design.
