PRESS RELEASE - Fodera Guitars of Brooklyn, NewYork today announced the release of its Imperial line of customguitars. Guitarists will be able to work with Fodera to customizetheir instruments in the same way that premier bass players havebeen able to since the Company's founding in 1983.

"We've built guitars ever since we started our Company back in1983. As a matter of fact, the very first Fodera instrument wasactually a guitar and I am actually a guitarist -- not a bassist --so it seems only natural to try to more actively work with many ofour guitar playing friends," commented Vinny Fodera, one of thefounding partners and owners of the Company.

In addition to displaying the very first Fodera ever built(serial #001) at this year's NAMM Show in Anaheim, California, several recently built Imperial guitars will be shown.

"Prices for our guitars will be very similar to those of our5-string basses with similar build characteristics ," addedFodera.
