Peavey are delighted to announce the immediate availability of the Headliner 1000 Bass amp head. The high-power bass head is now available to order in the UK exclusively through Peavey distributors Barnes and Mullins.

This long awaited addition to Peavey’s rejuvenated Bass amplifier offering packs an incredible 1000w punch into a lightweight unit and includes an array of features aimed at the professional bass player. A 7-band graphic EQ spaced at optimized frequencies, with each slider providing 15dB of cut and boost allows for the most comprehensive tone shaping possible. A footswitch selectable, optical compressor with level control and bypass is included meaning the perfect amount of compression can be added to the overall mix.

The incredibly versatile Headliner 1000 also benefits from a ‘Crunch’ feature that allows players to dial in a vintage tube effect to distort the high frequencies only and ensure that no low-end is lost. The ‘Bright’ and ‘Contour’ switches offer more tonal options allowing the player to create a whole range of sounds suitable for almost any style. The Headliner 1000 includes Peavey’s exclusive DDT speaker protection circuitry that detects the onset of clipping and engages a small amount of limiting to ensure no essential dynamics or tone are lost.

The Peavey Headliner 1000 Bass amp head is available to order now from the Barnes and Mullins.
