Fishman Re-Introduce The Loudbox Performer Amplifier

Fishman re-introduces their Loudbox Performer Amplifier atSummer NAMM 2012, now with more power, better features and bassresponse in a lighter cabinet.

This redesigned amp replaces the discontinued model of the samename.

This amp is considered as Fishman's mostpowerful, with up to 180 watts of clear bi-amplified acousticsound. It features two flexible mic/instrument input channels thatwork with both 1/4" and XLR. Each channel has a 3-band EQ thatfeatures shelving bass and treble with resonant-style midrange.Other notable features include a new dual digital effects section,notch filter controls and a phase switch to help preventfeedback.

Weighing in at an easy 30 lbs, Loudbox Performer now comes in alightweight cabinet that is easier to carry around. It also has abuilt-in kickstand, this will let you tilt the amp back for optimalsound projection without using third party amplifier stands.

The amp features a combination of a premium neodymium tweeterand a dedicated midrange driver, controlled by the amp'sindependent channel and effects level controls. The digital effectssection come with Reverb, Chorus, Flanger, Delay, Echo and SlapEcho.

Other hardware features include an auxiliary stereo input withlevel control plus ¼" and 1/8" connectors; balanced XLR D.I.outputs on each channel and main mix, and Channel Mute to silenceboth input channels. The amp also provides you with a Headphoneoutput, an effects loop, a footswitch (available separately) forcontrolling Channel Mute or Chorus Mute; and 24V phantom power forcondenser microphones. Finally, the ¼" and XLR inputs both have a10dB pad and clip indicator.
