Def Leppard and Whitesnake Announce Co-Headline Tour of UK

A co-headline tour of the UK featuring Def Leppard and Whitesnake is set to kick off in December.

However, the pair will also be joined by Black Star Riders to make a formidable line-up for fans of hard rock who live in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

On the prospect of touring with Whitesnake again, Leppard frontman Joe Elliot said:

“I am very excited to be working with Whitesnake again; we had such a wonderful time when we did it back in 2008.

“It’s a great experience for rock fans to be able to see two great live bands on the same stage on the same night.”

Commencing at the 3Arena in Dublin on 6th December, the bands will head to Belfast, Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Cardiff, Sheffield and London.

Frontman, Dave Coverdale had this to say of the UK dates:

"Ohh, have you got trouble…Brother Joe & The Lepps?…DC & The Snakes?... Them Black Star Riders?…On the same night???…I can’t wait!!...SEE YOU THERE!!!”
