Hot on the heels of their special guest slot to Guns n' Roses at Download Festival this weekend, BLACK STONE CHERRY are excited to announce a UK headline tour for this December.

The Kentucky boys tell us, "As many people know, the UK holds a special place in the hearts of BSC.  The culture, the history, the music, and most importantly THE FANS!  We absolutely cannot wait to come back to what we consider our second home this winter to play some music for y’all!  We’ll be turning up the heat across 8 different arenas and we plan to bring a musical experience that we hope inspires you as much as you all inspire us!  Joining us on this tour are our buddies in The Cadillac Three and Monster Truck.  So, needless to say it’s gonna be a southern fried, rock n' roll revival!  See ya soon!"

BLACK STONE CHERRY's current sixth studio album, Family Tree (available now via the Mascot Label Group) landed at #7 on the Official UK Album Chart upon its release in April.  Check out the video for 'Bad Habit', taken from that collection, which sees the band time-travelling back to 1988 to compete in a 'Battle of the Bands' contest

Tour dates rack up as follows:

Thu 6th Dec - CARDIFF - Motorpoint Arena
Fri 7th Dec - NEWCASTLE - Metro Radio Arena
Sun 9th Dec - GLASGOW - SECC
Mon 10th Dec - MANCHESTER - Arena
Tue 11th Dec - BIRMINGHAM - Arena
Thu 13th Dec - LEEDS - First Direct Arena
Fri 14th Dec - LONDON - The SSE Arena Wembley
