Bedell Guitars Offers New 1964 & Coffeehouse Series-

Bedell Guitarshas distilled what players loved about guitars from earlier timesand infused these qualities into its instruments today. Followingthe spirit of Peace, Love & Rock n' Roll, and invoking the museof the 60's folk/rock movement, Bedell Guitars offers the new 1964and Coffeehouse Series. These guitars capture the organic feel andsound that so many artists recall from the days of their youth, andcall to the consciousness of a new generation. 

The 1964 and Coffeehouse Series are designed to give a vintagelook, sound and feel to capture the era.  The result isexpressiveness of tone and a comfortable playing experience. Both series of guitars feature all-solid woods, dovetail neckjoints, and are 100% made in the USA.  In addition to thecustomized Adirondack "X" progressively scalloped tone bars, theBedell 1964 and Coffeehouse also include:

  •             Solid one-piecemahogany neck with dovetail neck joint
  •             Solid African ebonyfretboard, bridge and headstock veneer
  •             Bone nut andsaddle
  •             Solid woodbinding
  •             Gloss finish
  •             Hardshell caseincluded

Bedell Guitars is adamant about adherence toenvironmental regulations protecting our forests, and uses onlycertified woods in the construction of their instruments.  The1964 Series features solid Sitka spruce tops, solid mahogany backand sides, and a natural aged gloss finish.  The CoffeehouseSeries features solid Engelmann spruce tops, solid East IndianRosewood back and sides, and a hand sprayed tobacco sunburst glossfinish.  Both the 1964 and Coffeehouse Series offerDreadnought, Orchestra and Parlor body options.

The 1964 and Coffeehouse Series guitars are designed and builtin Bedell's USA factory.  Suggested retail price for the 1964Series is $2669 with an average street price of $1999. Suggestedretail price for the Coffeehouse Series is $3333 with an averagestreet price of $24
