BB King Film to Hit UK Cinemas in October-

A new film detailing the life & legacy of legendary bluesmanBB King will hit UK screens this October.

The documentary, entitled 'BB King: The Life OfRiley' will be a powerful & heart-warming insightthat explores how a black cotton picker hailing from Mississippirose to become known as the undisputed 'King of Blues.'

The film has been directed and produced by John Brewerwho has been working closely with BB for the past two years. Thefilm is narrated by Morgan Freeman and featurescontributions from, amongst others, Eric Clapton,Bono, Ringo Starr, CarlosSantana, Bill Wyman,Slash, Bonnie Raitt,Peter Green, Buddy Guy,Ronnie Wood, Bruce Willis andmany more…

Preceding the film's release is a 10 CD, 194 track box setcollection which will chronicle King's storied career, entitled'Ladies And Gentlemen… Mr. BB King',which will be released on September 24. Universal Music will alsobe releasing a soundtrack album, also called 'BB King:The Life Of Riley', on October 22.
